Formerly Grove Service, when picking a name for our business we wanted a name that had meaning to us, being a fourth generation mechanic and a third generation business owner, we wanted a name that spoke to that history. Our name comes from my grandfather who was a mechanic and with his twin brother (hence the name) started an automotive shop on Haida Gwaii (formerly the Queen Charlotte Islands). They called their business Twin Services and offered automotive repair, towing, a shuttle bus and a gas station. My grandfather ran the business until 1993 when it was sold to other family members. He sadly passed away in 1995 but the name Twin Services was a fond memory for many people in the small town I grew up in.
